End of School Year Procedures<\/strong><\/p>

As we near the end of the school year, please remember that your child\u2019s medication should be picked up from the clinic by 5\/29\/2026\u00a0before 1:00 pm.\u00a0 School policy does not allow for medication to remain on campus over the summer.\u00a0 Emergency medications may be sent home with your student if appropriate paperwork has been filled out by their physician, however any daily prescription medications may not.\u00a0 If you cannot pick up your child\u2019s medication before 5\/30\/2025, please call the clinic to make other arrangements. Any medication left in the clinic after 5\/29\/2026\u00a0will be discarded according to policy.<\/p>

As you know, medication orders must be completed every school year whether your child remains in the same school or goes to another.\u00a0 You can find these forms below.\u00a0 If your child has a physical examination during the summer months, this is a good time to get the medication forms completed.\u00a0 Please visit the school website for current forms for next year.\u00a0<\/p>
