ACCEL
Academically Challenging Curriculum to Enhance Learning (ACCEL) options are available to Liberty Pines Academy students who demonstrate superior performance on Florida’s Comprehensive Assessment Tests (4’s and 5’s) and above standard grades (B’s and A’s) on end of year report cards.

High performing learners will be clustered within classrooms to receive differentiated instruction. Students will select tiered assignments which require in depth-inferences and applications which go beyond what was taught. Differentiated assessments will require students to generate and test hypothesis, read complex informational text and then practice and deepen knowledge.

Parents who want to learn more about advanced curriculum offerings and the acceleration process should contact the Guidance Department at 904-547-7900

Military Supply Collection
For the fifth year in a row, LPA will continue our military supply collection and letter writing campaign for soldiers deployed overseas. Our project was so successful in past years that we have decided to keep our momentum moving into the 2015-2016 school year. Below, please see the list of “Military Supply Collection dates” for the 2015-2016 school year. Your child’s grade level will be participating only in the given months. The Jacksonville USO has graciously partnered with us to ship all of our supplies and letters overseas to our deserving soldiers.
2015-2016 Military Supply Collection
Middle Grades will be collecting items in the months of January and February and all supplies are due by Feb 24th.
